Tour Elevado
Winery Tour and Hosted Cheese and Wine Tasting
A guided winery tour of our beautiful estate, its vineyards, and the passion behind Altísima. Following this delightful and informative journey, indulge your senses with an exclusive private tasting of 5 different wines thoughtfully paired with artisan cheeses. Sip and savor while enjoying elevated picturesque views on our VIP lounge.

*This tour is available at 11am or 2pm, 7 days a week. Please book 48 hrs in advance. This is a 90-minute experience.

Blind Tasting Experience

Wine and Cheese Experience
Experience a guided tasting of 5 pre-selected wines paired with five unique and delicious cheeses from France, Spain and the United States hosted in our beautiful members lounge overlooking our award-winning views (parties of 6 or more will be booked for a table on our picturesque lawn).

Onyx Room Reservation
(Available to Onyx members complimentary, non-members can reserve for an additional cost):
Onyx members can reserve our 56 Degree room (upon availability) for up 2 hours. As an Onyx member, you can utilize your membership credit towards our small bites menu and bottle purchases. Please note that although this is not a guided wine tasting, you can purchase a guided experience for $50 per person.
