General Visit Questions

No – most visits are first-come, first-served in both the tasting room and at Gaspar’s Restaurant.

Reservations are only required for large groups or special experiences.

However, if you would like to make a reservation in our restaurant, you can do so here.

Tasting Room & Gaspar’s Restaurant

  • Monday–Thursday: 11 AM – 5 PM (Taco Tuesday from 5 – 8pm)
  • Friday–Saturday: 11 AM – 7 PM
  • Sunday: 10am – 5pm

Members’ Lounge

  • Mon–Thu: 12 PM – 5 PM
  • Fri–Sat: 11 AM – 7 PM
  • Sun: 11 AM – 5 PM

The tasting room and members’ lounge are 21+, but kids are more than welcome on the lawn or in the restaurant!

Yes, we offer complimentary on-site parking for all guests.

Only ADA certified service animals are permitted inside.
We cannot allow emotional support animals due to state regulations.

Reservations & Group Policies

All guests are welcome as walk-ins, except for large parties.

Absolutely. We host corporate events, special celebrations, and group tastings.

Tasting Room Questions

Our standard tasting includes 5 x one ounce pours of any available wines on our menu.

Yes – you are more than welcome to choose from the selection on the menu.

No. The tasting room and members’ lounge are 21+ –  though kids are more than welcome on the lawn or in the restaurant.

Restaurant (Gaspar’s) Questions

Looking to dine at Gaspar’s Restaurant?

Make you reservations here.

No – Gaspar’s is first-come, first-served. However, if you would like to make a reservation, please do so above.

For groups of 13+, email us ahead of time.

To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any reservation changes or cancellations.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time, or failure to show up, will incur a $15 per person fee.

Yes – seated children are welcome at Gaspar’s Restaurant with their families.

No. We do not allow outside food, drinks, coolers, or picnics.

Wine Club Questions

Members enjoy:

  • Ability to book reservations for any group size at Gaspar’s
  • Discounts on wine and experiences
  • Special events and exclusive bottles

Tours & Experiences

Yes – our signature Tour Elevado includes a guided tour of our estate, vineyards, and production areas, plus a private wine & cheese tasting.

We also have a “meet our winemaker” experience available weekdays.

Yes – all tours and experiences are 21+ only.

Yes – please book at least 48 hours in advance. You can email reservations@altisimawinery.com to book or inquire.

Group tours, busses, and limos (21+ only):


Our priority is to provide our guests with an elevated experience. In order to do so, we ask all of our guests and tour groups  comply with the following:

  • Altisima accepts tour groups from our approved list. 
  • “Walk-ins” welcome from 11:00-1:00 for those guests who book a bus/limo to drive them around, but are not visiting the winery under a tour group partnership with the winery.
  • Reservations for partnered tour groups from our approved list are welcome from 11:00-3:00.
  • Any reservations or walk-ins for tour groups outside of these parameters will not be accepted under any circumstance.
  • All groups must arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation time. If arriving late, we may not be able to accommodate guests due to other scheduled reservations.
  • Any buses or limos must drop off by the top of the stairs, the second parking entrance.
  • Intoxicated guests and/or guests with outside alcohol cannot be admitted, as required by California law.
  • These policies also apply to tour group guests planning on dining in Gaspar’s Restaurant.
 

Family, Pets & Accessibility

Only ADA certified service animals are permitted inside.
We cannot allow emotional support animals due to state regulations.

We love your pets, but please leave them at home!

We love our furry friends! In fact, Altisima Winery donates to animal charities such as the Sale Ranch Animal Sanctuary Organization, a local non-profit that ensures the lives of countless animals are rescued and rehabilitated. Although we love animals of all kinds, please remember that we are not a pet friendly facility (with the exception of certified service animals), and to leave your beloved pets at home. Many of our employees and patrons have allergies, and we want to keep Altisima Winery a clean and safe space for everyone!

Yes – our tasting room, restaurant, and patio spaces are accessible.

Strollers are allowed in the restaurant & lawn, but not in the tasting room or members’ lounge (21+).

Altisima Winery is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property. Security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the individual.  

Wines & Purchases

Yes – shop online anytime through our website.

We ship to most states where legally permitted. Shipping options and availability are shown during checkout.

Yes, once billing for the allocation has been process – simply ask a team member at the tasting room.

Photography, Drones & Filming

Personal photography is welcome.
Professional shoots (engagement, maternity, branding, etc.) require prior approval.

No – drones are not permitted without written authorization due to guest safety.
