Imperial Terms & Conditions
- Membership at Altisima Winery is ongoing unless otherwise communicated.
- Imperial Club members are immediately enrolled in Altisima Winery’s regular quarterly billing cycle. An email will be sent upon enrollment with instructions on how to complete first quarterly purchase to activate membership.
- Imperial Club members are charged quarterly for 3 bottles of wine at 20% off of the retail value every February, May, August and November. Quarterly wine club release pricing will vary depending on the wines received.
- Pick-up members have 60 days to pick up each quarterly release. After 60 days, quarterly releases will be automatically shipped to the shipping address on file at an additional shipping cost to be charged to the credit card on file.
- Customizations of quarterly releases must be submitted prior to shipping.
- It is the member’s responsibility to inform Altisima Winery of any shipping address updates prior to shipments being processed. Members are responsible for any return fees, redirection fees, or other shipping costs that may be assessed.
- Imperial Club members must receive a minimum of 4 quarterly wine club releases prior to cancellation. A $75 administrative fee will be charged to the credit card on file for early cancellations. Wine club benefits terminate immediately upon cancellation.
- Cancellations go into effect immediately upon receipt and cannot be preset for a later date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to any scheduled wine club billing. Charges for wine club fees and quarterly releases will not be refunded if cancellations are received after billing.
- Altisima Winery reserves the right to alter the benefits and/or terms and conditions of the wine club at any time.
- By joining our club, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age. You have read and understand the Terms & Conditions. You authorize Altisima Winery to automatically charge your credit card on file for scheduled quarterly fees and/or wine club releases.
