Join us for a unique experience exclusively available to Onyx Club members, hosted by our winemaker, Chris Johnson. Cultivate your winemaking skills at our 3rd Annual Onyx Blending Trial Event – held in our production room for an intimate, behind the scenes feel. Savor delectable empanadas while you enjoy an evening of tasting, blending, and curating.

Our winemaker, Chris Johnson, will guide you through the blending process, providing you with the tools and knowledge you need to make a premium red wine blend.
Blended by You
You’ll try barrel samples of the 3 wines to be included in our red blend, taking notes on the aromas, flavors, and structure of each wine. Then, you’ll start the blending process in an attempt to recreate our previous vintage. Chris will choose one guest’s blend for our vintage, and your name will appear on the limited production label!
