Onyx Terms & Conditions
- Membership at Altisima Winery is ongoing unless otherwise communicated.
- Onyx Club members are immediately charged $500 upon enrollment to activate membership. Memberships are then enrolled in Altisima Winery’s regular quarterly billing cycle.
- Onyx Club members are charged $500 quarterly every January, April, July, and October. Quarterly membership fees are applied to accounts as a credit to use toward tasting room, restaurant, and Altisima Winery hosted event ticket purchases only. Credits cannot be used for any other purpose, including but not limited to miscellaneous fees, Imperial Club or Travelers Club membership fees, and private event venue fees.
- Onyx Club members must pay for 4 quarterly membership fees prior to cancellation. A $150 administrative fee will be charged to the credit card on file for early cancellations. Wine Club benefits terminate immediately upon cancellation. If any credit remains on the member’s account upon cancellation, that credit may be used toward purchases at full retail value.
- Cancellations go into effect immediately upon receipt and cannot be preset for a later date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to any scheduled wine club billing. Charges for wine club fees and quarterly releases will not be refunded if cancellations are received after billing.
- Altisima Winery reserves the right to alter the benefits and/or terms and conditions of the wine club at any time.
- By joining our club, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age. You have read and understand the Terms & Conditions. You authorize Altisima Winery to automatically charge your credit card on file for scheduled quarterly fees and/or wine club releases.
