Savor delectable empanadas while you enjoy an evening of tasting, blending, and curating.\nHosted by our Winemaker\nOur winemaker, Chris Johnson, will guide you through the blending process, providing you with the tools and knowledge you need to make a premium red wine blend.\nBlended by You\nYou’ll try barrel samples of the 3 wines to be included in our red blend, taking notes on the aromas, flavors, and structure of each wine. Then, you’ll start the blending process in an attempt to recreate our previous vintage.
